Empower YOUR natural HEALING potential by allowing the body to match the energy/frequency of the practitioner and music…like 2 tuning forks. You will achieve a deeper sense of balance and freedom. Freedom from the thoughts racing in your head, freedom from your to-do tasks, freedom from the emotional blockages that hinder your growth. Let go of tension and sink into the present moment as you relax on a massage table, fully clothed. My gentle, intuitive touch may be applied directly to your body or above.
Restorative Massage
1 hour and 30 minutes @ $130.00 / 1 hour @ $90.00 / 30 minutes @ $50.00 (No tipping, these are my fees!)
This is a massage to help you focus on relaxation and rejuvenation. My methods include gentle flowing strokes, kneading, trigger point therapy, intentional holds, and bringing a sense of presence to reduce stress, improve circulation, provide pain relief, lower blood pressure, increase flexibility and range of motion, improve posture, elevate your mood, facilitate better sleep, reduce anxiety and depression, enhance your immune function, and promote an overall sense of well-being.

Indulge in a rejuvenating experience inspired by the ocean, carefully designed to leave you feeling pampered, refreshed, and revitalized, with radiant, healthy-looking skin. This comprehensive treatment combines a specialized massage with a salt scrub to exfoliate, hydrate, detoxify, and enhance circulation, applied meticulously limb by limb. We begin with applying oil, followed by a sea salt scrub, gentle removal with warm, moist towels, and completed with a soothing massage with cream.
Holistic Life Coaching

We begin your appointments with a dialogue of your unique self. What is happening for you right now? What would you like to change? What would your ideal life look like? Let us assess your blockages and re-write your story. Allow the changes to flow in and healing to occur. At your following appointments, they will either be energy therapy sessions, further holistic coaching, or both. We will continue until you feel complete with this therapy. At times, I may refer you out to another qualified practitioner for specific issues to help you along your path. We are all in this together. My goal is to help you feel as well as you possibly can! The better you feel, the more everyone that crosses your path will benefit!
